How does Tasdeeq cancellation affect my moving date?
It usually decides it, and the clearances are the slow part. Cancelling a registered tenancy in Ajman costs two per cent of the lease value or AED 400, whichever is higher, and needs a cancellation letter signed by both you and the landlord, the request form, copies of the lease and IDs, and clearance certificates from Ajman Sewerage Company and Etihad Water and Electricity with every due settled. Those two clearances are what people leave until last and then wait on. Start them before you fix a moving day, not after. Once Tasdeeq is registered at the new address the EtihadWE supply is normally live inside twenty-four hours, so the practical order is: clearances, cancellation, new registration, then us the day before the truck.
How many cartons will my Ajman flat need?
Almost always more than the estimate in your head, because it is the cupboards rather than the furniture that decide it.
