No site visit, no sales call, no waiting two days for a number. This is the whole process.

Walk through the rooms with the cupboards open, or photograph the wall, the window or the piece you want moved. Thirty seconds of video tells us more than a ten-minute phone call.
Get a fixed price
An itemised quote comes back, usually inside the hour — crew size, hours, materials and what is included. It is free, there is nothing to sign, and it does not change on the day.
We turn up and do it
Crew, materials and any building pass or service lift booking are sorted in advance. You get a written inventory where the job needs one, and we clear the packaging away afterwards.

How quickly will I get a reply?
Usually inside the hour, and often within a few minutes on WhatsApp. We answer seven days a week including evenings. If you message late at night you will normally have a price waiting first thing.
Is the quote actually free?
Yes, and there is nothing to sign. You get an itemised figure covering crew, hours, materials and what is included, and you are free to ignore it. We would rather tell you honestly that a job is not worth doing than take a booking that disappoints.
Do you need to visit before you can quote?
Very rarely. Photos or a short video of each room, with cupboards open, are enough for the overwhelming majority of jobs, and it saves you an appointment. For large villas, offices or anything unusual we will suggest a quick survey — also free.
Which emirates do you cover?
All seven: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain, along with moves that cross between them. There is no travel surcharge inside an emirate, and cross-emirate work is quoted as one fixed price for the whole route.
