What Decides a Curtain Job in Al Ain

Villa construction here is generous — hollow block with solid concrete lintels above the openings — which carries weight well, but the block still wants the right plug and a slow drill rather than force, and a plasterboard ceiling below the slab still needs drop rods to reach concrete.
The third is the weather, and inland Al Ain gets the worst of it. Summer highs sit above 42 degrees through July and August and the wider region has recorded 51.8 degrees, so a thermal-lined blackout on west-facing glass is doing real work long before it shows up on the TAQA Distribution bill that most people here still call AADC. Desert dust is the other half of that story: fabrics need shaking out and vacuuming more often than they do on the coast, so a track that runs smoothly and a heading that lifts off easily are worth the extra thought.
